1. Sleeping With Makeup On
According to Dr. Schweiger, sleeping with makeup result unnecessary exposure to the free radicals which causes the breakdown of healthy collagen and results fine line on your face skin. Makeup can clog the pores when you are sleeping. Sleeping in makeup just for one night can damage your skin for last longer, so say no to makeup before going to the bed.
2. Using dull razor blades
Shaving causes your hair growth back faster and darker. Shaving is not a good choice of removing our unwanted hair but it is easier and faster then wax. Using dull razor blades causes skin irritation and more nicks. Not only that it also make your skin dark and rough. Fresh razor cut your hair more smoothly than dull razor.
3. Skipping Sunscreen
A few moment in the sun and you don't feel like a big deal but they damage your skin so quickly. We all knows that UV Rays directly damage your skin which is cause from sun. You will look older then you actually are and your skin will burden. No only that, the rays from the sun also lead to skin cancer too. So we also know we supposed to wear sunscreen.
4. Taking Hot Shower
Taking hot shower causes winter itch problem. It also can make you dizzy and can make it easier to fall asleep. It make your kin dry and having hot shower is equal to sunburned. It also can disrupt the skins natural balance of moisturizer.
5. Waiting too Long Between Hair Cut
Letting your hair grow and grow can end up doing more harm than good. It causes end to split. Your hair get dry in the middle to end and oily in roots areas. Your hair looks frizzy and too much dirty.
