We we busy people and we usually forget to take care of our-self. But there are some ways to care after your-self which are as follows:
  1. Make a time table for daily exercise and go for it to reduce your stress
  2. Everyday meditation to make you feel more confident
  3. Keep in touch with old friend to make you feel happy
  4. Make your time table for body care so that you always feel confident
  5. Comb your hair everyday
  6. Have relax spa day to avoid your stress
  7. Care for your mind
  8. Read book, magazine
  9. Sleep 7 to 9 hours
  10. Wear comfortable and smart clothes
  11. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits
  12. Drink sufficient water
  13. Do makeup
  14. Listen music
  15. Forgive yourself for your past mistakes
  16. Dream big and go for it
  17. Never Feel low 
  18. Avoid your laziness 
  19. Do the things which make you feel happy 
  20. Be kind and help to everyone
