We we busy people and we usually forget to take care of our-self. But there are some ways to care after your-self which are as follows:

- Sleep 7 to 9 hours
- Wear comfortable and smart clothes
- Eat lots of vegetables and fruits
- Drink sufficient water
- Do makeup
- Listen music
- Forgive yourself for your past mistakes
- Dream big and go for it
- Never Feel low
- Avoid your laziness
- Do the things which make you feel happy
- Be kind and help to everyone
