We all know we have to drink sufficient water for our body, but we create so many excuses to avoided water. And the lack of water can cause a serious problems on our body.
1. Make Your Skin Dry
We usually apply moisturiser cream when our skin get dry, but sometime this shit may not work. The insufficient water can cause a problem of dryness on your body skin.
2. Bad Breath
The lack of water dry your mouth which make you feel thirsty. As a result your breath smells very bad.
3. Headache:
One of the side-effect of insufficient water is head pain. Sometimes the body loses water faster than it can be replenished and your head started paining so badly.
4. Loses Your Energy
The lack of water makes your body tired and weak and as a result you feel lazy. The insufficient water sock all your energy and you will get sick day by day.

Lack of water increases the bacteria on your urine which directly affect your kidneys.
