5 Bad Beauty Habits 


In my previous blog i have talk about 5 bad beauty habits out of 23 now it's time for more 5 bad beauty habits. And don't forget to red my 3 up coming blogs, where i have describes about another 13 bad beauty habits.

My 1st and 2nd blogs about bad beauty habits 

1. Not Changing Pillowcase Often
 

      Not changing pillowcase often can get darkness on your skin and you will be sleeping in your sweat. Your skin will get oily and not only that you also have to face dandruff problems. You will sleep less and you will be mentally slow. So always change your pillowcase often.

2. Playing With Your Hair


     Our hair is not a toy right? So stop playing with it. First thing first, playing with hair is bad habit and it will damage your hair in may ways. Your hair will get thick, and you have to face hair fall problems.

3. Not Washing Makeup Brushes 


     If you don't wash your makeup brushes instantly then it will cause serious damage on your skin. Your pores can get clogged up and your skin get infection. Your money will be waste on so many beauty products but your makeup will look worst and it you have to take risk of getting winkles.

4. Drinking Insufficient Water 


     Drinking less water can make you feel out of energy and your body looks dull. Your skin get dry and terrible. It directly harms your kidney and you have to face a lot of problems that causes by insufficient water.


5. Sleep Too Little


    We should sleep 7 to 8 hours within 24 hours, but if we don't then it directly effects our body, beauty and mind. It effects your ability to think and make your mind so sick. Not only that sleeping less is like having a high level of stress and your skin get dull you will look like sick.
