Sleep According to our Age.
Do you know, we have to sleep according to our age because it cause a hug affect on our lifestyle. The perfect sleep hour can make you healthy and energetic while oversleep or less sleep can make you sick and lazy.
For baby, 3 to 9 months old : Sleep 14 to 17 hours daily.
For 1 to 2 years old : Sleep 11 to 14 hours daily.
For 3 to 5 years old : Sleep 10 to 13 hours daily.
For 6 to 13 years old : Sleep 9 to 11 hours daily.
For 14 to 17 years old : Sleep 8 to 10 hours daily.
For 18 to 25 years old : Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily.
For 26 to 64 years old : Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily.
For 65+ : Sleep 8 hours daily.
Bonus
For Pregnant women : Sleep 8 hours at night and 2 hours at day daily.
